Lets meet Mrs India 2017’s Semifinalist Mamta Trivedi , Who is Forever Young ,Cute yet very responsible 47 Years Young Precious Pearl from City Of Pearls Hyderabad,Telangana ,Who is confident yet very adoptable ,One who understands learning never ends .She is very much aware that opportunity do not come everyday so if you have one never let it but live it .Very confident who can convince you anyone with minimal efforts .

  1. What Motivates you to get out of your bed in the morning ?

        Mrs India Semifinalist :Every day is a new beginning. It brings hope of a better day             and an opportunity to do something new or different. This optimism helps me get               out of bed every day.

  1. Your most memorable moment with Mrs India 2017

Mrs India Semifinalist :The time spent at Mrs India has many memories. However,            the most memorable moment has to be the time when I was crowned.

  1. If you can be swap a role of one person from Family who that would be and why?

Mrs India Semifinalist :If I can swap a role of any person in my family, I will swap it           with my daughter. She is independent and does what she wants to do. She is fearless         in expressing herself. She has an amazing ability to remain cool even in the most               difficult circumstances and handle the situation without any help from anybody.

  1. What do you do when you are not working ?

Mrs India Semifinalist :When I am not managing the office or attending to my                      family  responsibilities, I spend time pursuing my interests. I am interested in                      apparel design and keep trying new designs. I help Natyachata, a theatre group,                  with their back stage operations. I try new recipes. I also like to interact with                        different people as every one has unique experiences.

  1. How would you describe Yourself in one Word ? And Why ?

Mrs India Semifinalist : In word, I would describe myself as honest. I speak my                    mind. In most cases, I see things as black and white while many others see a lot of              grey.

  1. Who inspires you and why?

Mrs India Semifinalist :For the sheer challenges she faces on a day to day basis,                   Every woman is an inspiration in one way or the other. However, if I have to name a         person, I am inspired by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. She is an achiever and has made           the country proud. She has maintained a healthy balance between work and life. She         takes her family along and is a protective mother. She carries herself with dignity.             Despite the glamour, she remains grounded and has strong family values. For me,             she is a role model.

  1. What is your favourite Quote and why?

Mrs India Semifinalist :My favourite quote and belief is that we must listen to our heart and do what we think is right. It is my favourite quote as it describes my personality. I have always done what I have felt is right, irrespective of the effort put in by others to convince me otherwise.

  1. What is Your Favorite Outfit?

Mrs India Semifinalist :A woman revels in many outfits. I do not have one favorite outfit. There are different occasions for which different outfits would be preferred. However, it is very important that I feel comfortable in that outfit.

  1. If your want to go on Vacation what would be your plan

Mrs India Semifinalist :If I have to go on a vacation, I would like to go to the North East. I am a travel enthusiast. I have travelled to many places in India as well as abroad. However, I have not got an opportunity to travel to the North East. I would like to not only explore the different culture and scenic beauty, but also understand the difficulties faced by the people in that part of the country.

  1. What is your spiritual practice 

Mrs India Semifinalist :I do Yoga almost every day. As part of Yoga, we do meditation. It takes me closer to God. I also do pooja every day in our small pooja room. I believe God is always with me. When I say that we must listen to our heart, it is probably because it is God that guides us through our heart.

Mrs India Semi finalalist Sunita Nemade has come-up with Healthy Snack and Drink you can relish anytime anywhere .Its healthy ,feeling and very testy . So lets learn it from Mrs India Semi finalist Sunita Nemade.

Mrs India’s Healthy Badam Milk Shake:
Ingredients-
1 – Boiled Milk -350 ML
2 – Dry Fruits – Chopped 2 Tsp for topping
3 – Spice Club Chia Seed
4 – Spice Club Badam Milk Shake Mix
5 – Rose petals for topping

Procedure-
Boil milk till little thick. Soak chia seeds in the meantime.
Then add 50 gm of spice club Badam shake mix in 350 ml milk.
Mix well and serve in a glass.
Add 1 tsp of Chia seeds and dry fruits.
Freeze it for 15 mins.

Ingredients-
1 – Sprouted Moong 1/2 bowl.
2 – 1 medium size chopped onion
3 – 1 medium size chopped Tomato
4 – Coriander for topping
5 – Salt to taste
6 – Spice Club Chaat  masala

Procedure-
In a bowl add sprout Moong, add chopped onion and tomato.
Add salt to taste and 1 tsp of Spice Club Chaat Masala.
Mix well and add finely chopped Coriander.
Ready to serve.

Papadi Pizza

Ingredients        

14  ready Papadis from the market

7 tablespoon Pizza sauce

4 -Cheese slices

½ cup – Capsicums green/yellow/red

1 small onion

I small tomatoes

Nylon sev

Directions

Mix your capsicums onions and tomatoes

Place the Papadis on a plate put small slices of cheese on each papadi

use one tablespoon each of pizza sauce on each of the Papadis

then on top of this sauce, place another  papadi, and place your capsicums, onions and tomato mixture on top

garnish with nylon sev

Healthy oats bhel          

Ingredients

Quaker oats

1 small onion

1 small tomato

1 small cucumber

1 small potato boiled

1 cup capsicums – green, yellow, red

4 to 5 pieces olives

¼ cup roasted peanuts crushed

Nylon sev

1 small lemon

Chaat masala

Salt as per your taste

Coriander for garnishing

Directions

Dry roast the oats for some time till you get a fragrant smell of the oats, remove from the stove and allow to cool for some time

Take a large bowl and put in the roasted oats, chopped tomatoes,  onions , olives, capsicums, cucumber, peanuts and garnish with coriander , nylon sev salt, chaat masala and lemon

Pasta Cake

Ingredients

Half a  packet pasta

4 eggs

½ cup Capsicums  red / yellow / green

I bunch spinach

2 cups full cream

2 cups cheese

1 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon chilli flakes

1 teaspoon pepper

3 crushed garlic

Directions

Boil and cook your pasta as instructed on the packet

In a large bowl combine your 4 eggs, capsicums, cream, cheese, chilli flakes, pepper, salt ,garlic, spinach  and boiled pasta

Line a baking dish with oil and transfer all the ingredients in the bowl to your baking dish

Bake in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes  at 190 degree or till the top is golden brown
