Mrs India Semi finalalist Sunita Nemade has come-up with Healthy Snack and Drink you can relish anytime anywhere .Its healthy ,feeling and very testy . So lets learn it from Mrs India Semi finalist Sunita Nemade.

Mrs India’s Healthy Badam Milk Shake:
Ingredients-
1 – Boiled Milk -350 ML
2 – Dry Fruits – Chopped 2 Tsp for topping
3 – Spice Club Chia Seed
4 – Spice Club Badam Milk Shake Mix
5 – Rose petals for topping

Procedure-
Boil milk till little thick. Soak chia seeds in the meantime.
Then add 50 gm of spice club Badam shake mix in 350 ml milk.
Mix well and serve in a glass.
Add 1 tsp of Chia seeds and dry fruits.
Freeze it for 15 mins.

Ingredients-
1 – Sprouted Moong 1/2 bowl.
2 – 1 medium size chopped onion
3 – 1 medium size chopped Tomato
4 – Coriander for topping
5 – Salt to taste
6 – Spice Club Chaat  masala

Procedure-
In a bowl add sprout Moong, add chopped onion and tomato.
Add salt to taste and 1 tsp of Spice Club Chaat Masala.
Mix well and add finely chopped Coriander.
Ready to serve.
